Peak’s Housekeeping Training Program is designed to equip individuals working in hotels, lodges and housekeeping companies on technical and practical knowledge required in the profession. This 90-hour program builds on all necessary duties and areas of work that a housekeeper’s duties entail, including roles and responsibilities of a housekeeper/room attendant, reflecting high standards of work, customer service, personal hygiene/attributes, cleaning methods, rooms, housekeeping services, laundry, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and many more relevant topics.

This 90-hour training course prepares individuals seeking a career in a restaurant or hotel catering company and for those already working in the restaurant business who are looking to brush up and hone their service skills. By the end of the course, student will have an excellent knowledge of the duties, roles and responsibilities of a service professional, reflecting high standards of work, customer service and best operational practices. Particularly, the program emphasizes on enhancing hygienic food and beverage, food and beverage service, resume writing 101, customer service and basic knowledge on understanding risks and preventative measures at work.

This 2-hour course includes the following topics: Speaking to Guests, Communication Behaviours and styles, Active Listening, Body Language, Behavior, Appearance, Handshake, Hygiene and grooming, Handling a customer complaint and more.

This fully developed 8-hour training seminar is designed to help staff hone a high level efficiency, precision and smooth-running service for any special occasion, wedding or event. This program can be utilized by catering companies or hotels with banquet halls that hold catered events indoors or outside. For the benefit of the students, we have created a program that simulates working for a catering company or hotel with a banquet hall. Topics include:
